From last semesters Chair Project to now; the new Drapery project shows how I have improved with my shading over time. The skull sits comfortably against the prop under the striped cloth showing better understanding of how objects sit in  space in a drawing. Although this is my finished product I am still having trouble with the atmospheric perspective, so in future projects similar to this, I will take more time on the atmospheric perspective.

Overall I am happy with the finished piece because I can see the change from the chair to the skull. The differences are very noticeable and the learning processes from Figure and Drawing have helped in my drawing capabilities. In DMA this project helps with the aspect of realism and how one’s view affects the image on paper.
